Shipping & Returns


All locally made items will ship within 2-5 business days. All apparel and masks are made to order items and will ship separately in 2-4 weeks, but due to the changing environment it may be longer. Please note that masks are not made locally. Thank you for all of your patience, and understanding. Due to the customized nature of these products, apparel and face masks are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact info@bornandraisedshop.com with details of the product along with a picture of the defect. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will process a full refund using the original payment method. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product without additional shipping fees. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you. If you are located in Buffalo, we have a local drop off box to avoid shipping fees.
