Shipping/Returns/COVID-19


COVID-19 Update - All locally made items will ship between 3-5 business days. All masks and apparel are made to order items and will ship separately in 10-14 business days, but due to the changing environment it may be longer. Please note that masks are not made locally. Thank you for all of your patience, and understanding. Due to the customized nature of these products, apparel and face masks are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@bornandraisedshop.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
